CHOOSING A HOME

Because they are so many homes to choose from, it's always a good idea to do a wish list.  You know, things that I must have in a home kind of list.  Excercise pratical wisdom however in your choses don't hang you hat highter that you can reach it.  In other words if you can only afford a 2 bedroom home make that your chose.

Find out what style of home is better for you and your family one story or 2 stories.  Kitchens, family rooms, patios, and backyards are places family and friends like to hang out, are you a family that loves to entertain then consider these things into the style of the home

Look around the neighborhood before buying into one, drive around at different times of the day, see what activity goes on there.  It's also a good idea to talk to the local policeman about their beat.

Location, location, location is a term used in real estate, use it to your advantage.  How far away from work, schools, shopping, relatives, highways or freeways will you be?  Are you willing to sacrifice all or some of the above. for that must have home?

Be realistic about your wants and needs, choose wisely and you will be happy in doing so.
