People who are losing their homes due to a foreclosure, auction or just want to refinance their existing mortgage can get assistance from a counselor at the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America, (NACA)
Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America, (NACA) a non profit organization, is sponsoring the "Save the Dream" event. They have a legally binding contract with lenders, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac., to restructure unaffordable mortgage loans.
Even if the loan holder is unemployed NACA will provide a forbearance until said person is back on their feet.
